WELL YEAH!

As you can probably guess or at least relate to, I have gone on regular walks for some years now for fitness and health e.t.c.

I have two main walks one is just around the block as it were, quick and easy basically flat all the way round. now the other, that one is my favourite.. It's through the woods along the old cart path by the river, around the lake to the top of Bolder's Hill, and then back again, you do see some people just not every time, of course the real appeal is in the bird song and the views.

It was on my woodland walk that it happened, at first I just thought I heard a whistle, but stopping and listening on purpose brought only bird song and the rustling of the leaves high above in the trees and so I carried on. It was a nice day, just warm with a slight breeze, anyway just before the bottom of the hill I chose to take a moment, that's when I noticed it, the silence! No bird song not even the leaves dared move...

So I stood and looked around, it wasn't that there was no sound, there was no movement! All was still as if the world was holding it's breath, so as not to disturb something unseen unknown.

That's when I heard it, the hum, or maybe I felt it, low and steady. Then it hit me, or went through me I guess either way I fell either blacking out or maybe I bumped my head. Then as you well know I ended up here strapped to this chair being interrogated by you, who ever you are Mr man in Black.

" AND YOU DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING? you are trying my patients Mr Mathews"

Well shit! ok I did see something, that turned into a someone! and if I'm to be honest with you, she is stood wright next to me.... Xanna

Two things happened in just the blink of a eye.... Xanna cut Mr Mathews bonds and turned the man in black into a wall stain in red.

Xanna and Mathews were last seen heading for the mountains, pursuit has been terminated in the interests of mankind..

fin
