A rapid knocking on the door sees that it is opened , a small child a girl speaks, mister doctor please come my mummy is sick.

Moments later at the house, lead to a back bedroom, see momma is sick, papa I bring-ed help!

Ok let me see, ah hmmm yes yes

Ah little one for being such a good and brave girl, take these coins to the vender for some ice cream

Off she trots grinning at the thought of ice cream
